Computer program help

Is there a way of making it so that when I run one program it first closes another program that is currently running?

well you can do it manually ctr alt delete they shut down what you want in the task manager. is that what you mean? i used a program on my laptop that is like anti spywere reg cleaner etc and i can choose what programes are allowed to outomatically start on start up if thats what you mean i use glary utilities theres a free download

It might help if you explain why you need to do this automatically. I mean why cant you just close the running programme yourself before sarting the next?

I did describe the problem, it couldn’t have put it much simpler. Anwayy its all done and dusted now.
