Hey peeps,
Just get back from the weekender as i was there with Gordon aka whizzkid and was shocked to see what was going on on the saturday night! Thieving fucking muggin wankers were out to ruin it for the HTID crews. Me and gordon went out to out car just before he started his set with Matt Gammer and out the corner of our eyes we see the security and event staff frog marching them out for robbing gold chains etc etc of the HTID crew. We were shocked behond belief as the 4 muggers had been striped of there possessions (one got a good slap) and kicked out the main gate only in there boxers shorts!
HOW FOOKING AMAZING IS THAT!
Big up the on the ball security for not only ejecting these absolute scumbags and returning the chains etc etc to the rightful owners. I was sat talking to DJ Supreme back stage and he told us the Ravers that were affected were in tears as the Jewelery was returned to them…
Global Energy Weekender ’09 Comments
For those of you that missed them being walked through the venue and to the front gate, before they were ejected, here’s the group photo we took:
We won’t stand for trouble makers at our events – thanks to our security team for ejecting this lot.

March 26, 2009 at 7:17 pm #1195642There was a group of about 30 guys on the rob in the dnb tent at sanctuary and riot police had to be called. Ohhhh how much better it would have been if they’d been caught like this. Ho ho ho.

March 27, 2009 at 3:53 pm #1195627it is funny but its also the kind of thing daily mail readers would like to see common place as a punishment, ritual humiliation

i am sure if it was your shit that got stolen your opinion would be one quite diferant to the one it is now

the reason most people hate ravers is cos there are people like these youths asosiated with the rave sceen!

no, i didn’t say that at all, did i?
if they were arrested then that is the proper way of doing things, yes. disagreeing with public humiliation does not mean disagreeing with any kind of punishment.
and no, it wouldnt.
jesus it was a throwaway comment about the irony of people agreeing with daily mail type punishment, dont read too far into it or start suggesting i said things that i blatantly didnt
March 27, 2009 at 6:14 pm #1195638They look like kids, how the fook did they even get in!
Good to see some justice in the world! 🙂

March 28, 2009 at 10:44 am #1195643filthy scumbags, raaa
justice has been served :weee:
big up to the crew for taking care of their people 😀
March 28, 2009 at 11:16 am #1195620I do not hope this mob justice will be the normal way of treatin this problem, its fun once, but if the security had treated 15 year old me that way, they had probaly been dead by now….
Whats next? Tar and feathers? We have evolved as a civil comunity and we have a court system to deal with this, and its not up to random mob to do this.
Justice for all!
(be sure that I thought this was funny as well, but as the dust settled, the old fart I am, started to think about the consequenses…then it struck me, its just not right!)

indeed, initially it is funny but when you sit and think about it ……. actions like this it can sometimes feul the fire and end up with things escellating and then where is the metaphorical ‘line’ drawn?
I know they did wrong but the propper thing to have done was to involve the old bill,
as the security could possibly be done for something – maybe even assault as I’m sure some form of intimidation was involed or even ‘hands on’ in order to get their clothes off …..March 29, 2009 at 11:12 am #1195636boothy;315859 wrote:no, i didn’t say that at all, did i?if they were arrested then that is the proper way of doing things, yes. disagreeing with public humiliation does not mean disagreeing with any kind of punishment.
