i used to go out partying in plymouth between 91 and 96

the club nights were some of the very best in the country, with 1000s of up for, positive attitude, open minded ravers out every weekend

i went back there last weekend and all i saw was superficial wankers, footy hoolis and skanky women

and a few other assorted shit for brains

(i met one sound new person)

anyone else know another side of plymouth? did i just have bad luck? tell me

It ain’t just confined to Plymouth. You get these sorts all over this country these days. :crazy_diz

yeah but they used to come to raves and see that it doesn’t have to be that way and get something out of it and go away and come back with a different attitude

now they are the vast majority… or they are in plymouth… it’s not like that in exeter… yes there are a load of nobs wandering around, but they are confined to the theme pubs down one street
