I got a letter from o2 yesterday and it said balance owed £154, I was really fecking puzzled as I have not had a phone contract with them for years…

Not finding it amusing I called up the customer services number to have a rant at someone (have been having a bad day) and when the bloke took the account number off the letter he pointed out that the balance was actually – £154 :laugh_at:

That has made my day!!

THey gave you money?? I wish hey would do that with me i spend loads of money on my contract a month lol

Haha you must have been pleased! My sim card is broken but I never ever have credit. Might get a contract when I’ve got a job (but I probably wont:wink:)

Haha, I’m with Orange. Top up a tenner a month and get 300 free texts. Usually does me. I text people more often then not, so the tenner only gets used when i ring someone.
