Hi people,
Some may know me some may not but would thought i would say to all and ask how is all rather than pm the odd people. Just wanted to say not been rude at all but this site got blocked at my work. Which was partly my own fault as i didnt clear my history opps hey.
So anyone taken the plunge of giving up smoking then? I did and then started up again after a week but i had a load of stress going on so the time wasnt the best to give up. Really chuffed i havent touched any drugs for 6/7months so pretty chuffed about that one, only had the odd smoke but that doesnt really count?

sorry to hear about your work blocking the site but thats unlikely to be due to your history being checked, the monitoring software works independently and can check up on everything you look at from work whether or not you delete the history. best to just look at this site from hom.
Fair play for keeping with that clean living though. Have to admit I haven’t quite given up a lot of the “naughtier” aspects of my lifestyle, and have managed to keep the rest of my life in order – but I got a bit of a “reality check” last weekend. Not just the nightmare way the weekend finished but I was still feeling knackered even after a day off and it makes work so much harder for me…
Gonna rest for a bit I think but should catch up with you and the rest of the crew at Studio 3 soon 🙂
