A thread where to express your joy and happiness,about those little gifts life sometimes offers to you

Your eyes are so shiny and your smile so bright(for those who still have teeth) that everybody asks:”why do you look so happy today?”

So I’m begining: I moved 4 monthes ago from Lyon to Paris.But you know how it’s hard to find a flat in big cities, nowadays (especially if you’ve no fix job). My wonderful and courageous GF spent 3 monthes looking for a (love) roof,wich is a full-time job(while me working)… She uses to worry a way more than me (’cause I belive that god belives in me :groucho:). The stress was increasing as the days were passing ’cause at the end of september,we would be homeless…

And yesterday,we found a nice flat,and just get the keys.

If I din’t hate Bjorg,I’d shout:“I’m violently happy”

i am happy..because 1. ive got a interview for a job ive been after…i shouldnt know this but my uncle works for this company so hes told me ive got a interview…letter will be here this week so yey !

2. the little things in life.. like today me an kids went for a long walk down to the big lake where we live…the dog goes swimming when we throw pebbles for him…makes us laff he s proper mad on swimming…took my littlest to the park…now just got home an dinners on..thats makes me happy being with my 2 kids…although at other times it can be a different ball game…i still cherish them…they make me smile everyday ! im blessed…:love:

little thing that made me chuffed today,walking to the shops early thismorning probably looking a bit of a state :yakk: and a nice old lady smiled at me and said good morning(as opposed to looking at me as if i was going to mug her) made me smile :bigsmile:

I offeresd to help a Mother struggling with a twin buggy,carry it down a long flight of steps,afterwards I overheard a couple of bystanders saying “who would have thought” ect.I tell you what I thought “why didnt you ****ing offer” yeah thats right leave it to the crusty.The Mother was well chuffed though,which left me feeling :bounce_flHappy!!:bounce_g: On top of that My Radio show seemed to go better than I imagined it would.big up partyvibe.:o)

My highlight of this morning is despite being stinking ill and not being able to get to sleep til 9am, I woke up at lunch and felt able to get up. The best bit is I get to see the beautiful day and sleep the night!

today in the village the driver of a white van actually reversed back at a junction so I would have more space and let me go past on my bicycle! (there was a big trash lorry on the other side of me..)
