cant view pics

any one know how come i cannot see certain pictures all i get is a box with a red cross init….init!

which ones? can you view the gallery?

below this text is a picture of a mouse-like hamster (yep; its a hamster with a tail!) and a gibbon.

can you see them?

yer the pics in the gallery i can see, the pics of a hamster and a gibbon i can also see. the pic of the daily star artical i could not and a few pics in the pictures thread i dont see either, all i get is a wee icon

could be a problem with your ISP; sometimes slow connections do not return all the data. Also, are you at work or college where there may be a filter?

i am at work so could be a filter. gutted cos i really wantde to see that daily star report 😥 , mind there was one in the gardian which i can see:wink:

the star one is a truncated and plagiarised version of the Guardian report. I’ve transferred a copy to my gallery space so you may be able to view it below…

it’ll be a work filter, any images hosted on my-space posted in forums dnt come up on mine, obviously your work has a problem with the daily star (maybe your boss is a raver:groucho: )

the link wasn’t from the daily star but one of those personal photo sites. many are blocked at workplaces to stop people spending too much time on them.
