can’t see what the whingers are complaining about TBH – its only an hour extra in most places and hardly going to cause major extra problems. One or two extra in the cells or Emergency Department maybe, but unlikely to have streets running with blood and vomit any more than they already are of a weekend!
A local in one of these places interviewed by the Guardian correctly pointed out that those who already are throwing up and passing out in corners won’t be able to drink any more anyway…..
