Although she may have come from a fairly privileged background, she gave up both a career as an accountant/stockbroker (and trust me you have to study/work really hard for that) and as a champion racing cyclist then put all the money she had earned from her career and the rest of her time to set up this place…
Put a smile on my face to see that. We have rescued a couple of cats ourselves around our way, which only goes a little way to helping out in this kind of thing. I have the upmost respect for people who devote their whole lives to it.
