naah, bit of freerunnings all well and good, you just gotta watch out exceeding yourself. proper good fun, me and a few crew from brissle scared the shit out of nuff heads climbing the city..mate broke a bone in his ancle clipping it hopping of iron rails in the end, on some thing less than difficult. bit like skating with no board.

i’d recommend it to anyone slightly fit;)
