NO MCS- We don't like drum n bass MCs. Very simple this one, but we get a lot of stick for it. We aren't discriminating against anyone, we're not about disunity in the scene, we just DO NOT LIKE MCS. Dissident have taken the massive amounts of time and trouble to build up a system so that we can party to our music how we want to hear it played, and to give in to having the music spoilt by someone shouting Skibbadee's lyrics through the feedback, ignoring the music (chatting over vocal tracks, scratching etc.) would be to defeat the object.

That is why you will find our mic inputs blocked up with chewing gum.

DISCLAIMER- We don not mean to imply that no jungle MCs are talented, or deny that some people like what they do, but the point is WE DON'T!!!! Big up the innovative, creative MCs who are about more than just getting rowdy, eg. Dynamite, Congo Natty/ ragga MCs.such as Topcat, Super Cat, Rebel MC, Million Dollar Dan and Demolition Man.

NO REWINDS- Because they are annoying. Again it's a question of personal taste; we don't like them, Helter Skelter do, it's up to you whose events you go to.

NO ATTITUDE- Self explanatory this one. Peace Love Unity Respect (PLUR) are the principles all good parties are based on, attitude doesn't feature in the equation.
